The campaign was built around four guest motivators — exploration, refined service, comfort, and connection — rather than a room-by-room tour.
So we shot it like a moving editorial: a couple moving through the hotel as if this were their normal life, cut against the quiet, precise work that keeps a place like this running — crafting drinks at the Peacock Bar, linen smoothed over a bed, the hands of the lobby clock.
One camera unit, three days, everything framed so the same footage could carry paid social and the hotel's own pages without losing quality.
The 30-second hero film is the full brand statement, the piece that carries the launch across the main markets.
The real heart of it, though, is the set of three 15-second vignettes. Each one takes a single theme and builds a small, self-contained world around it, so they hold up on their own as much as they do woven together. Then two 6-second Stay Moments, cut tight around a single scene each, for the fast placements where you only get a moment to land an image.
We also made the header video for the website and a library of ready-to-use assets the Hilton marketing team can pull from long after the launch, so the campaign keeps working long after the shoot.
