The Valentine’s campaign invited viewers into a neighborhood speed-dating experience as our protagonist searched for their perfect match. To bring this story to life, we blended live-action film with extensive CGI alongside a series of stills, with both formats featuring custom graphics crafted by Bou’s team. Every element, from the lush color grade to the bespoke score and sound design, was tailored to heighten the magic.
kaverikarim excels at balancing meticulous detail from sound design and costuming to casting, with a faithful yet fresh execution of the core narrative. While the 'speed dating' concept demanded high energy and a fast pace, he ensured that the harmonious, rustic, signature style of Hay Day remained the film’s visual and atmospheric anchor.
Central to the campaign’s visual impact and surrealism was the extensive CGI. The Hay Day boat was transformed with a custom Valentine’s aesthetic (integrated both in-game and in the ad) and set to sail down the winding Hay Day rivers. The CGI work by Cfx required a high level of detail, including complete scenery replacements behind each of the location's 17 windows to ensure a seamless, immersive world.
