The primary objectives were to create a visually and aurally captivating and immersive experience that would uniquely distinguish Casino Tampere. We aimed to develop a distinct "world of seasons" concept, drawing inspiration from Finnish nature reimagined in a magical dimension, to guide visitors throughout the casino. Crucially, we sought to create a space that felt both modern and relaxing, offering a sensory escape. The project involved seamlessly integrating 3D animation and sound design into the casino's architectural design.

The central challenge was to engineer a seamless and immersive experience that would transport visitors to a surreal world, while maintaining a cohesive and engaging atmosphere within the casino. This involved translating the abstract concept of "seasons" into visually stunning and dynamic 3D animations that blended Finnish nature with a magical dimension.

Additionally, we needed to design an ambient soundscape that would complement the visuals and enhance the immersive experience. Finally, the seamless integration of these visual and auditory elements into the casino's existing screen-integrated walls and multichannel sound system was paramount.

Veli Studio delivered a comprehensive visual and auditory solution, featuring the "Four Seasons" animated film and a bespoke immersive sound design. The film presented 3D animated scenes that reimagined the Finnish seasons in a dreamlike dimension, featuring miraculous plants, sparkling textures, and dynamic light play.

The bespoke soundscape, crafted with inspiration from 80s and 90s Japanese ambient and meditative music, complemented the visuals, creating a calming and transporting atmosphere. The visual and auditory content was meticulously engineered for seamless integration into the casino's architectural design, creating a cohesive and immersive environment, enhanced by a warm and inviting golden world that was mixed in with the seasonal visuals.

The project required a blend of high-level technical expertise and artistic vision. Advanced 3D animation techniques were employed to create the visually unique and dynamic scenes, while sound design expertise was crucial in crafting an immersive soundscape that complemented the imagery and enhanced the emotional impact. The development of a unique visual aesthetic, blending Finnish nature with a magical dimension, was essential.
